With less than two weeks until Christmas, most people have already made plans about where they are going or who is coming to visit for the holidays. Most of the gifts have been purchased and wrapped. Most of the children (and even some adults) have already carefully inspected each present to determine the contents early. The radio is playing a Christmas song at least once an hour. The Christmas lights on the square are lit and the parade was a success.

It seems that it was just summer, and we were waiting for it to cool down. Now, it already feels cold enough to want the warmer temperatures back. The seasons change quickly and the months come and go. Another holiday season is upon us and a new year will, of course, follow shortly.
