Now that we have sold advertising for several months in Boone County, we can gage our success by the simple fact that you are still reading us. It worked. The Boone County Spotlight is here, and we are not leaving. Well, sort of. While the complete embrace of every business in the county and the constant line out the door for new ads did not happen on day one (or day 158 for that matter), we are still improving and still growing.

Do you know how many phone calls I have received asking where our office is located? I cannot even count them. The worst part about it is that it was a difficult answer. The problem is that we have been temporarily sharing office space with one of the owner's other businesses until we could decide on a place to call home.
