The Boone County Spotlight™ is a new publication that will provide the people of Boone County with a consistent and reliable medium for many products and services. 20,000 copies will be distributed FREE to over 35,000 people in Boone County including over 15,000 homes and businesses and will be available in news racks at many locations across the county. In the beginning, new editions will be published every two weeks with delivery on Wednesdays. The first issue will be delivered on Wednesday, November 25th (the day before Thanksgiving).

In addition to being a FREE publication, the Spotlight™ is so much more. Considered a cross between a shopper and a newspaper, it is not a typical publication. While a shopper is just ads and a newspaper reports the news, the Spotlight™ will be ad based, but it will also contain useful content on every page. With community information, real estate guides, contests, and much, much more, it will be a reference point for so many things that we all need and use every day.

While many of the ads and services offered by the Spotlight™ may be available from other publications, the Spotlight™ and its services are offered to consumers for FREE! This includes everything from the printing and distribution to the classified ad placement. If you are wondering if this is a limited time promotion, let your mind be at ease. The Spotlight™ will always be FREE as will consumer classified ads.
